Stevan Paul stammt vom Bodensee, ist gelernter Koch und lebt seit über zwanzig Jahren in Hamburg. Er war schon Frühstückskoch in einem Musikclub, hat als DJ auf St. Pauli Platten aufgelegt und ein paar Jahre in Sterne-Restaurants gekocht. Heute arbeitet er als freier Journalist für Zeitschriften und Magazine und ist Autor zahlreicher Kochbuchbestseller.

Stevan Paul comes from Lake Constance, is a trained chef and has lived in Hamburg for over twenty years. He has already been a breakfast chef in a music club, played records as a DJ in St. Pauli and cooked in Michelin-starred restaurants for a few years. Today he works as a freelance journalist for journals and magazines. He is the author of numerous bestselling cookery books.
