Fundamentals of the Ohada Business Law

The understanding and the efficient implementation of the OHADA business law depend on the mastery of its basic concepts and principles. This assertion is even more relevant in a common law legal tradition environment. After a general overview of the OHADA system, this book examines the fundamentals of the OHADA business law through the legal provisions applicable to actors in business, the business and main commercial contracts.
