FORMAT – publishing house acting in Poland and France, specialized in above average and original illustrated books and picture books (for children, adults and all ages). We fully engage in every project, guided by the idea and quality value of the book. We are the only Polish publisher of children’s literature masters as Tomi Ungerer, Dick Bruna, Simms Taback. We publish classical and contemporary authors and illustrators internationally awarded: Janosch, Annie M.G. Schmidt, Jean-François Martin, Emmanuelle Houdart, Joanna Concejo, Iwona Chmielewska and others. Among our authors there are well-known Polish writers: Olga Tokarczuk, Nobel Literature Prize), Wislawa Szymborska (Nobel Literature Prize), Marek Bieńczyk (NIKE). Our books have been awarded among others by Bologna Ragazzi Award Jury, The Polish Committee of Children’s Rights Protection, Polish Association of Book Publishers, IBBY, Lodz Design Festival.
