Jaime Collyer (Santiago, 1955) es un destacado narrador y traductor chileno. Ha ganado premios como el Altazor y el Municipal de Santiago por sus novelas y cuentos, y el de la Academia por Swingers.
A Belgian mining company breaks into Kururu, an Andean town where a glacier is dying. A Chilean glaciologist, a Bolivian anthropologist and a local ex-guerrilla fighter meet there and mobilise the community against the threat. The melting ice is advancing, affecting the life of the place. Jaime Collyer (Santiago, 1955) is a prominent Chilean storyteller and translator. He has won awards such as the Altazor and the Municipal de Santiago for his novels and short stories, and the Academy Award for Swingers.
