Estos nos presentan un llamado a la desobediencia de las niñas, un candidato presidencial tan perverso que saca réditos políticos de ello, un científico que comprueba que el hombre es el peor animal y un relato pormenorizado de los intentos de Twain de domar a su joven bicicleta.
Samuel Clemens o Mark Twain (Florida, 1835–1910) fue un escritor y humorista. Según Faulkner y Hemingway, sería el padre de la literatura estadounidense gracias a sus obras Las aventuras de Tom Sawyer y Las aventuras de Huckleberry Finn. Esta compilación incluye los cuatro textos que más nos hicieron reír.
The Lowest Animal includes four witty and hilarious texts by Mark Twain translated especially for Latin American readers. They feature a call for girls' disobedience, a presidential candidate so perverse that he profits politically from it, a scientist who proves that man is the worst animal, and a detailed account of Twain's attempts to tame his young bicycle.
Samuel Clemens or Mark Twain (Florida, 1835-1910) was a writer and humorist. According to Faulkner and Hemingway, he was the father of American literature thanks to his works The Adventures of Tom Sawyer and The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn.
