Née en 1991 et d’origine belgo-suisse, l’autrice Claire May poursuit une écriture du sensible et de l’insolite. Son premier roman, Oostduinkerke (L’Aire, 2018) reçoit le prix SPG (2019) et le prix de la première œuvre francophone de la Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles (2020).

Born in 1991 and of Belgian-Swiss heritage, author Claire May explores themes of sensibility and the unusual in her writing. Her debut novel, Oostduinkerke (L’Aire, 2018), won the SPG Prize (2019) and the Wallonia-Brussels Federation Prize for a First Francophone Work (2020).
