Founded in 1995, Éditions Akoma Mba is the oldest publishing house specialising in illustrated albums and comics in Central Africa. Their main objective is to promote Africa and African values, universal to young children, through innovative editorial content. They have a catalogue of around one hundred titles, published in several languages (French, English, local). Akoma Mba distributes its books in Cameroon and internationally. Its authors come from Belgium, Benin, Brazil, Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, France, Kenya, the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Togo, etc.
