Independent since its creation in 1929, under the name of Éditions Ouvrières, the Éditions de l'Atelier publishes about thirty titles per year in history, economic, politic, ethic, education, knowledge of religions and expression of a Christianity involved in society. As part of a popular education approach, our books cultivate the human being and combine knowledge from life in society, work, cultures and religions. Our books highlight research, innovative initiatives and stories that allow for human emancipation through culture, relationships with others, and the link between the past, the present and the future.
