"تلات ستات" يمزج بين السرد الأدبي والقصة الصحفية الواقعية، ويروي حكايات ثلاث نساء لا يجمع بينهن سوى عملهن كعاملات جنس في أحياء القاهرة الشعبية. يستند الكتاب إلى مقابلات معمقة تكشف تفاصيل حياتهن مع أسرهن، وعلاقاتهن العاطفية، ومسؤولياتهن اليومية، وتمنحهن فرصة لرواية تجاربهن بأصواتهن بعيدًا عن الأحكام المسبقة. يقدّم العمل صورة إنسانية لعالم خفي، ويكشف التعقيدات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي شكلت مصائر بطلاته. وقد استُلهم منه الفيلم الوثائقي «قيم ساعة» للمخرجة منال خالد، من إنتاج المرايا للثقافة والفنون، والذي نال تنويهًا خاصًا من لجنة التحكيم في مهرجان الدار البيضاء عام 2022

Three Women tells the stories of three women whose only common ground is that they are sex workers living in Cairo's working-class neighborhoods. Blending literary narrative with immersive literary journalism, the book is based on extensive interviews that explore their family lives, relationships, work, and daily struggles. Through the lives of Afaf, Samra, and Ensherah, it reveals the complex realities behind social stereotypes. The book later inspired the documentary One Hour's Worth (Qeim Sa'a), directed by Manal Khaled and produced by El Maraya for Arts & Culture, which received a Special Jury Certificate at the Casablanca Festival in 2022.
Mohamed El Aryan and Omar Said are Egyptian journalists and writers specializing in investigative reporting and narrative nonfiction, documenting marginalized communities and overlooked social realities through immersive fieldwork.
