Ganndal
With the status of a national local publishing company in Guinea, Éditions Ganndal was created in March 1992. The catalog of its publications includes textbooks, children's books and youth literature, general literature, and publications in national languages, for 578 titles in total.
Éditions Ganndal has developed an extensive network of South-South and North-South editorial collaborations and co-publications. An active member of numerous professional organizations, Éditions Ganndal is affiliated with Afrilivres, APNET (Network of African Publishers) and the International Alliance of Independent Publishers (AIEI).
Éditions Ganndal is the manager and promoter of the Conakry International Children's Book Fair which takes place in November of each year. Also, Ganndal was the recipient in 2017 of the prize for the best African publisher of children's books-BOP awarded by the international children's book fair in Bologna (Italy).
